Key Responsibilities
Maintain document control procedures, document registers, and revision history.
Ensure correct versioning, controlled distribution, and removal of obsolete documents.
Coordinate review and approval of facility/engineering/vendor documents.
Manage project closeout deliverables (as-builts, O&M manuals, commissioning/test reports).
Support audits/inspections by providing accurate and traceable documentation.
Ensure documents are properly named, stored, indexed, and permissioned for easy retrieval.
Track document requests, discrepancies, and approval timelines using registers/trackers.
Liaise with engineering, facilities/operations, QA/QC, and vendors to collect required documents.
Prepare document packages and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
At least High Diploma in Engineering / Building / Construction / Facilities Management (or related field)
Prior experience as a Document Controller (data center / engineering / construction preferred).
Strong knowledge of document control, version control, and controlled distribution.
Proficiency in Excel and document/file management; EDMS experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple document streams.
Clear written communication for document status updates and queries.
Familiarity with audit readiness/compliance processes is an advantage.
