This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to the governance and operational integrity of a leading Asia Pacific investment banking business.
What You'll Do Conduct regular reviews of project documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Collaborate closely with key control and support functions, including Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit.
Navigate high‑volume periods with confidence-prioritize tasks effectively and manage ad‑hoc requests and projects with professionalism.
Stay ahead of evolving requirements by interpreting and implementing regulatory, policy, and procedural changes.
Consistently deliver high‑quality work with strong accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For1-2 years of relevant work experience in financial services, legal, compliance, internal audit, or related fields.
Experience with HKIPO and USIPO processes is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with fluency in English and Chinese.
A strong team player who can build positive working relationships across departments.
Solution‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a lean team environment.
Proven ability to multitask and maintain composure in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.
