Responsibilities Achieve ambitious student recruitment targets through a personalized, consultative sales approach via phone and face-to-face consultations. Maintain high levels of productivity by meeting daily KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and scheduled appointments. Provide expert guidance and dedicated support throughout the customer journey, ensuring a premium experience from first contact to program completion. Liaise with international academic and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our global programs. Spearhead local engagement initiatives, including seminars, education fairs, and alumni networking events. Oversee end-to-end student administration, including visa coordination, travel logistics, and financial documentation. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.1–2 years in Sales, Business Development industry is preferred (fresh graduates also welcome)Proficiency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a bonus)International Exposure—such as studying abroad, a working holiday, or overseas employment—is highly valued. Prior experience within the Education or Travel sectors is considered a plus. Goal-oriented with a Proactive, Customer-first mindset and good Team player. Available to work on weekends and attend various offsite events if required.
