Job Duties: Obtain information from customers and prepare documents for processing annual credit reviews or high risk customer annual review and opening of accounts Involve in executing clients instructions, performing account opening procedures, preparing and collecting documentation from clients in a timely and accurate manner Process margin account review and high risk customer annual review Proactively monitor clients’ account status and report for any irregularities Ensure the performing transactions are in compliance with the Bank’s policies and legislative requirements Assist in conducting operation risk monitoring duties and handling of operational risk events Assist in preparing operation risk reports and input ORMSAssist in preparing training materials and organizing training on operational risk for PWD staff Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 3 – 5 years of related experience Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua an advantage)Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure Qualification in ECF is preferred Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Customer Service Industries Banking
