Senior Keyboard Specialist - Maple Avenue Middle School The Saratoga Springs City School District has an anticipated vacancy and is now accepting applications. Date of Posting: December 27, 2024 Effective Date: January 20, 2025 Certifications/Qualifications: Must be in title or on the approved Senior Typist Civil Service list This position will act as the Keyboard Specialist (Senior Typist) to the Middle School Principal. Candidates must be in title or on the approved Senior Typist Civil Service list; if not, the candidate will be appointed provisionally and be required to take the exam once announced and score in the top three. Ability to work in a fast-paced office and maintain confidentiality. Detail-oriented; must be able to manage and track tasks. Strong communication and organization skills are a must. Candidates must be able to multitask and complete all responsibilities in a timely manner. Applicants should have experience providing customer/client service and be able to multitask while remaining flexible and dependable. Applicants should have strong computer skills, collaborative work skills, written and oral communication skills, and organizational skills. Full-time, 12-month position. Salary per CSEA contract.
