Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced HR employee engagement certifications a plus. Empathetic towards employee concerns and well-being. Thoughtful and organised, skilled in project management for program execution and evaluation. Proficient in data analysis for survey interpretation and data-driven recommendations. Knowledge of change management principles for maintaining engagement during transitions. Ability to deal with ambiguity and perform under stress and time constraint. Fluent in verbal English, Mandarin and Cantonese, written English and Chinese.
