Responsibilities: Reporting to the Chief Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties: To supervise in-house workforce and contractors to carry out maintenance and general services work To prepare quotation invitation, contract documents for contracting out of mechanical maintenance and general services To monitor the occupational safety and work quality To prepare tools and equipment, spare parts and materials records, reports and relevant budget in relation to maintenance and general services works Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in mechanical maintenance or facility management Certificate in Safety and Health for Supervisors an advantage Good planning, analytical and diagnostic skills for defect investigation and problem solving Good communication and supervisory skills for dealing with working parties and contractors Good practical experience and technical knowledge of power plant equipment Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written Holder of a valid driving license (1, 2) preferred Candidates with less relevant experience and lower qualification may be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer.
Working Location: Lamma Island, transportation to be provided.
