Requirements High Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Services Engineering; Minimum 3 - 5+ years’ experience in dealing with operations of a sizeable commercial development; Holder of REW C0 / H0 would be an advantage; Well-versed in MS Office & Auto CAD; Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
