Job Responsibilities Demonstrate competency in general routines and take alternative measures to ensure efficiency and prompt services. Ensure high-quality patient care at ward level. Implement safety protocols to maintain safe practice. Accurately document medical records. Follow hospital policies and international standards for infection control. Adhere to occupational safety and health guidelines. Maintain good communication with doctors, patients, and relatives. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Minimum Requirements Valid nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong. Clinical and technical competency. Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and current nursing trends. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. BLS recertification bi-yearly.
