Key Responsibilities: ERP Design, Implementation & Optimization: Drive large ERP RFP’s with the sales team and the global centre of excellence team to propose the right solution for the customer’s requirement. Lead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP HANA and Oracle Fusion Cloud for enterprise clients. Design and deliver solutions aligned with client business goals, ensuring scalability and performance optimization. Enterprise Performance Management & Analytics: Develop and implement enterprise performance management (EPM) strategies to enable clients to achieve financial and operational efficiency. Leverage advanced analytics to generate actionable insights for business decision-making. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with ERP systems and processes. Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards, particularly for financial and operational controls. Client Engagement & Advisory: Work closely with C-level executives to define ERP strategies and roadmaps tailored to their organizational objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert recommendations and best practices to enhance ERP capabilities. Market & Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice by identifying business opportunities, participating in proposals, and developing go-to-market strategies. Build and maintain relationships with leading companies and brands in Hong Kong to position the firm as a trusted partner. Mentor junior consultants and share expertise in ERP systems, analytics, and compliance frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Qualifications & Skills: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP HANA: Extensive experience in system design, implementation, and performance tuning. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud: Deep understanding of financials, supply chain management, and other key modules. Strong background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, Power BI). Proven expertise in designing frameworks for regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness. Familiarity with Hong Kong's regulatory environment and industry-specific compliance requirements. Industry Experience: Demonstrated success working with top-tier companies and with any one of the well-known brands in Hong Kong across sectors such as financial services, retail, hospitality and logistics. Languages: Fluency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Professional Background: Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a proven track record in managing large-scale transformations. Prior experience in a Big 4 or a leading consulting / IT service firm is highly desirable. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Specialist, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, or equivalent). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Presentations to Cx O and n-1 on thought leadership and solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
