Reporting to the Head of Trading and working in proximity with the Quant and Tech teams, you will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities Trade and market make ETFs on Asian exchanges, manage FX and correlated risk across ETF portfolios Implement algorithmic strategies and associated tools specifically for Hong Kong and China markets Monitor ETF listings, regulatory changes, and regional market developments Work with the Quant team to develop trading signals, backtest and refine pricing models for ETFs of different asset classes Improve system resilience and operational effectiveness and grow the Pn L of the trading group Requirements Min 5 years of ETF proprietary trading or market making experience in any asset class or market, with strong knowledge of ETF pricing and risk management Experience of automated pricing using a wide range of approaches with excellent Python skills (C++ would be an added advantage). Proven track record of profitability and consistent trading performance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed trading decisions Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-paced trading environment and handle pressure effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills with excellent spoken and written English Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Industries: Financial Services and Banking
