They are seeking an Event Coordinator to support their Bancassurance team. Job Descriptions: Assist in event planning and execution of corporate events, NGO functions, or stage production. Coordinate and facilitate effective communications with various internal operations and technical support to develop execution plans. Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and event marketing posts. Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks. Requirements: Higher diploma or above in any discipline. Minimum of 1 year's experience in Administrative, Event, or Marketing industry. Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin. Proactive, outgoing, and energetic person. Candidates with prior experience as flight attendants or in cabin crew roles are highly preferred. Welcome Fresh Graduates. Immediately available is preferred.
