Role Summary
We are seeking an Execution Analyst to support the timely and accurate execution of approved transactions for the firm\u2019s own account across relevant markets. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage order flow, monitor market conditions, coordinate with approved brokers and counterparties, and maintain high standards of execution accuracy, process discipline, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market mechanics, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute approved transactions for the firm\u2019s own account in accordance with authorized internal instructions and established procedures.
Monitor market conditions, liquidity, pricing, and trading calendars to support timely and orderly execution.
Coordinate order flow and execution status with approved brokers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate order records, trade blotters, execution logs, and related documentation.
Assist with trade allocation records, booking support, and post-trade follow-up.
Liaise with internal teams on trade status, settlement matters, and exception handling.
Help investigate and resolve execution breaks, booking issues, and settlement discrepancies.
Prepare execution summaries, workflow reports, and internal analytics where required.
Support improvements to execution workflows, controls, infrastructure, and operational efficiency.
Contribute to system testing, process enhancement, and implementation of workflow changes.
Skills and Qualifications
Fresh graduates in related fields such as business, finance, financial engineering, mathematics, economics, etc.
Strong understanding of market structure, trading mechanics, and execution processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Familiarity with Bloomberg, OMS/EMS platforms, and related market systems
