Job Responsibilities
Execute trades across multiple asset classes, including bonds and options, ensuring optimal execution and adherence to trading strategies.
Monitor market conditions and provide timely insights and recommendations to the investment team.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop and implement trading strategies that align with the firm's investment objectives.
Maintain and enhance relationships with brokers and counterparties to ensure access to liquidity and competitive pricing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all trading activities.
Analyze trade performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
Contribute to the development and improvement of trading systems and processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in dealing, with a focus on bonds or options or bond & equity products (candidates with equity dealing only background will NOT be considered).
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
