About the Role To serve as the primary assistant to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) performing a wide variety of complex, sensitive, and confidential secretarial and administrative function.

Job Description: Secretarial / Administrative Support Manage diary of CRO - schedule appointments and meetings, diaries to manage conflicts and priorities to help navigate the day Manage logistic for all travel arrangement for all internal & external conference and business trips Prepare presentations materials, management documentation and departmental reporting Responsible for day-to-day office supplies purchase, billing, expense reimbursement for CRO Manage confidential and sensitive information and correspondence Other Departmental / Business Duties Act as the key coordinator for departments under Risk Management for administrative support and communication Manage departmental personnel activities such as new joiners & leavers' administration, leave administration and overtime records Assist in various cross departmental projects to coordinate meetings, assemble and summarize information from a variety of sources for presentations and reports, follow up and track relevant deadlines Consolidate budget items such as office space & equipment needs, analyze justifications of different requests in the department for budget preparation Perform ad hoc duties and support department heads as required Job Requirement: Degree holder with formal secretarial training 10 years secretarial experience in which 5 years in serving senior executive in MNC or sizeable organization Good command of written & spoken English Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, independent with strong sense of responsibility The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
