Executive Assistant / Clerical Assistant in the HKU Musketeers Foundation Institute of Data Science (Ref.: to commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis for 1 year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)Applicants should have completed F.5 or above, preferably with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (minimum grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), OR minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language.
They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; willingness to learn, good interpersonal skills; self-motivation; and be detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility.
The appointee will provide general clerical, administrative, and office support, including receptionist duties, facilities management, and basic financial assistance. He/She will be required to provide logistical support and venue booking for meetings, courses, events and seminars, mailing and postage, inventory management of office supplies and equipment, data entry, and simple procurement.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
Candidates with less experience or qualifications will be considered for the position of Clerical Assistant.
