Responsibilities Manage P&L and drive credit card, payment and personal loan businesses growth and increase market share Establish goals and implementation of strategies to achieve growth, profit, operational efficiency and best-in-class customer experience Set the strategic direction for the business in terms of ambition, products, partners, business development, segments and channels in cooperation with Local and Global partners Ensure strong value propositions focused on core customer segments and products across investment, insurance, cards, unsecured & secured lending Monitor overall exposure to minimize losses from bad debts and fraud Closely monitor control on business compliance and ensure all retail activities are in full compliance to relevant regulatory bodies Keep up to speed to key trends, innovations and capabilities in the marketplace and understand the corresponding impact on the Bank Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in banking or financial industry Experience of engaging and managing senior management and various stakeholders Experience of product management and driving product change/ transformation initiatives of new product innovation Strong leadership and people management experience Business acumen and in-depth knowledge in cards and unsecured lending Personal drive and results-driven approach Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese What We Offer Competitive base salary.
