Responsibilities
Formulate business strategies and market plans, lead proactive efforts to acquire and manage High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, and drive sustained, profitable growth in target markets.
Deliver market intelligence, uncover new business opportunities, and lead the use of the firm's resources to offer tailored services and innovative solutions to clients.
Report directly to management and work closely with senior stakeholders, investment and support teams, business partners, and product/service departments to ensure the successful execution of the business strategy.
Gain a thorough understanding of clients and their affiliates, and lead Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence as the first line of defense to fulfill compliance and internal policy requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in relationship management within Private Banking or Wealth Management, with a focus on serving HNW/UHNW Clients.
Demonstrated success in asset development, asset growth, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
Ability to develop and execute a strategic business plan with a clear vision for growth.
Extensive market network and deep understanding of the market landscape, macroeconomic conditions, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances across relevant Asian markets.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong client service orientation and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and adapt to evolving client needs.
