Responsibilities: ·        Responsible for the development and expansion for institutional client base, especially fund houses and other institutional investors in Mainland and Hong Kong ·        Responsible for the completion of all sales tasks of the company which include both IPOs and secondary market placements in particular ·        Responsible for business development of secondary market trading by institutional client ·        Provide professional investment advices and research products to institutional investors ·        Provide sales services and account management job for major institutional clients ·        Work closely with internal business departments and back office ·        Handle ad-hoc work assignments Requirements: ·        Bachelor degree or above, with professional qualification will be an advantage ·        Existing holder of SFC License Rep under SFC regulated activities for Type 1&4 ·        Minimum 15 years institutional sales experience ·        Sound analytical skills and experience in capital market activities ·        Strong sales and communication skills, attention to details and task-oriented ·        Highly self-motivated and a team play, can work under pressure ·        Native or fluent in Mandarin, proficient in English, Cantonese would be plus ·        Can bring business to primary and secondary market
