Track record in leading cross functional projects – market entry, target operating model design etc.
Can-do mindset and self-initiation character Ability to write and speak in Mandarin and English fluently Familiar with main business lines of leading securities firms: IBD, capital markets, global markets, AM, WM, brokerage, etc.
