In view of business expansion, they are now looking for an articulate and experienced Finance Controller to look after the whole finance function. This position will directly report to the CFO.Act as a Finance head in HKSolid all-rounded finance exposure & leadership experienceDynamic & fast-paced environmentResponsibilities:Lead the market’s annual budget process and overall financial modeling, planning and analysis functions. Deliver consistent financial results year after yearLead the evaluation and execution of corporate transactions to address regional growth opportunities via acquisition, joint venture, or other partnershipsDevelop and oversee strategic long-term planning, cost controls, objectives, goals and policies for the companyEnsure smooth running of daily operations across all business units and develop tactical plans to maximize performanceAssist in the development and implementation of functional strategies and priorities to transform the finance departmentManage and report Asia cash flow reporting, treasury activities, and foreign exchange exposure to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risksRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a CPA qualificationMinimum of 15+ years of experience working in a sizable multinational corporation, with at least 5 years of experience operating in the APAC marketAt least 5+ years of experience in a finance director positionDemonstrated experience developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growthIn-depth understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standardsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, able to manage competing priorities and workflowInterested parties, please send your CV to Ivy Yeung Ivy.Yeung@connectedgroup.com for more details.
