Coordinate banking operations, including new account management, and KYC. Support tax-related activities such as tax filing and collaborating with outside tax advisors. Manage and record investment materials and documents. Requirements: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar discipline. No less than 5 years of relevant in-house experience from family office. External audit training from Big 4/second tier audit firms is a must. CPA qualified. Expertise in financial reporting and accounting standards. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong time management skills. Good command of English and Chinese (Madeiran and Cantonese), both spoken and written. Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager.
