Responsibilities Oversee finance operations, including managing the month-end closing process, budgeting, and preparing accurate and timely financial reports. Build, steer, and manage budget and forecast process. Perform variance analysis and commentary to explain monthly results versus forecast/budget/prior year and provide early warning on deviations. Seek opportunities to improve profitability and/or cash flow and provide regular advice. Support the process transformation, development of excel analytics, and automation of reports. Implement internal controls with the control owners in accordance with group’s policies and guidelines. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders. Perform other ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline. Minimum 8 years of finance or accounting work experience with managerial experience preferred. Strong leadership, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills and a drive for continual improvement. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
