Junior to Middle Level Hong Kong What You Will Do: Work closely with the Head of Growth and Finance Department to establish all finance and corporate governance controls and build Wonder into a household brand in the payments and Fin Tech space Undergo internal audits on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to track Group Financials, including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flows Undergo external audits on annual basis and collaborate with external auditors to complete yearly audits for multiple onshore and offshore corporate entities Manage day-to-day finance operations including payables, receivables and liquidity management Prepare and manage Group level financial models for budgeting, forecasting and corporate governance purposes Work with technology team to build automation pipelines and SOPs for finance operations and cash-to-accrual reconciliation and vice versa What We Are Looking For: Bachelors Degree or above Minimum 1 Year experience in Big 4, accounting, auditing, finance and other relevant experience Adequate understanding of the payments and Fin Tech space in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area Natural intuition on finance and technology particularly in the B2 B payments space Excellent communication and teamwork skills Creative and ability to think outside the box Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Learn quickly and remain open-minded at all times Plus: Proficient in SQL or relevant coding languages Plus: Previous experience at Big 4 accounting firms with the relevant department Plus: Previous experience at finance department of major fintech or payment companies in APACBig Plus: Holds a valid CPA or equivalent certifications to perform finance and accounting duties Ultra Plus: Have a "startup" mindset and the ability to knock down any obstacles in your path What We Offer: Competitive base package Opportunity to take full ownership of a vertical Flat and open work culture International team environment Group medical insurance Birthday leave At Bindo Labs / Wonder, we value passion, ideas and meritocracy.
