Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and financial performance metrics. Accounting and Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Develop cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash management. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Implement and maintain robust financial policies and procedures. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations and accounting standards. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
