About Us: On behalf of our client, we are seeking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong accounting background to oversee financial operations, optimize cash flow, and enhance financial reporting. Our client is a prestigious jewelry manufacturer and trading company with a strong presence in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and maintain cash-flow models to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Design and implement AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable) data models to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations in manufacturing operations.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with auditing, taxation, and statutory requirements.
Develop and implement financial policies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CFA) are highly preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of financial management experience, in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing or luxury goods industries.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, cash flow management, and AR/AP optimization.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
