Main job responsibilities: Responsible for HK Accounting Job, including AR, AP module data process, bank reconciliation, month-end closing, year-end closing, prepare monthly financial reports, like TB, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cashflow reports.
Responsible for budget & forecast, prepare reports related.
Participate annual stocktake, provide necessary data for audit.
Provide necessary data cleaning /data analysis for any finance reports required by superior.
Liaise and communicate regularly with Tax consultant/Auditor/Bank for HK/Macau/Korea.
Lead a finance team and be well-organized to achieve the tasks and provide financial training to improve efficiency.
Positively comply with Ad-hoc assignments arranged by supervisor.
