We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor – Accounts Receivable & Credit based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!As an Accounting Supervisor - Accounts Receivable & Credit, we rely on you to: Monitor and control the Accounts Receivable process by following up delinquent accounts, monitoring irregularities, and enforcing payments by taking recovery actions. Receive Rooms & F&B deposits from Sales, Events Management and F&B outlets on a daily basis. Supervise billings and payment status; prepare monthly account receivable reports. Handle tenants’ inquiries and complaints. Lead the team to support the month-end process in a timely manner. Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required. We are looking for someone who has: Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other related disciplines.3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with knowledge of accounting software. Independent, self-driven and detail-oriented individual. Good command of spoken and written English.
