They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Escalated Complaint Handling to join their team and lead the efforts in managing complex complaints related to investment and insurance products.
Your new role Assist in leading a small escalated complaint handling team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex complaints related to investment and insurance products.
Develop and implement strategies to improve complaint handling processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance, legal, and product teams, to ensure complaints are resolved in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Analyse complaint data to identify trends and root causes, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Prepare and present reports on complaint handling performance to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to complaint handling and financial products.
What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in complaint handling, with a focus on investment and insurance products.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to financial products.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
