Analyze product performance metrics, customer portfolio and develop customer life cycle marketing campaigns to drive profitability, active rate and card usage. Accelerate card portfolio KPIs and product P&L through performance analytics. Follow through and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth logistics, execution of programs, also solicit external vendors/partners for joint promotions. Prepare regular sales performance reports to management. Monitor marketing trends and conduct competitive analysis. Ensure all products comply with applicable regulations and industry standards. Requirements: Degree or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, and product management. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin). Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
