AI QA Engineer - Leading Financial Institution Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an AI QA Engineer to join their rapidly expanding digitalization team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative initiatives, playing a key role in driving automation testing for cutting-edge AI projects before they reach end users. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AI systems and web applications integrated with Gen AI to ensure accuracy and reliability. Create, maintain, and execute both automated test scripts and manual testing procedures to assess system functionalities. Evaluate AI models for fairness, bias, and ethical considerations while monitoring deployed systems for performance drift and providing feedback for retraining or optimization. Monitor and analyze model performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough testing of AI models to validate their functionality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in software automation testing. Proficiency with test automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools like Postman. Solid understanding of AI or machine learning concepts and techniques. Familiarity with natural language processing and the AI model lifecycle. Experience in system integration testing across API connections. Knowledge of testing and quality assurance processes for AI systems. Familiarity with model performance metrics and evaluation techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese. Nice to Haves Master's degree in a relevant field. Certification in AI or machine learning.
