Join a leading regional corporate bank in a Credit Risk Manager, Credit Department role to perform credit analysis and credit planning. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Provide necessary credit analysis and credit opinion on corporate clients and transactions to support Relationship Managers on transactions. Analyze the credit portfolio considering the economic environment and business strategies, optimizing the data management and validation processes. Attend regular management and relevant pipeline meetings. Conduct in-depth analysis for companies/company groups. Be responsible for Credit Planning, proactively assisting to improve risk management activities, and fine-tuning rules and frameworks with a good understanding of credit risk management policies from Head Office. Identify early signs of deterioration of customers. Support Credit Administration Team for credit cost management. Handle other credit risk management matters, including external/internal audit matters. Review credit risk appetite statements based on business strategy and risk management policies, planning new frameworks and rules for enhancing risk management. Support the front office corporate banking in developing new products and resolving difficult situations in terms of risk management rules and frameworks. Educate and encourage internal members on strengthening credit risk management, supporting them with integrity if they face difficulties in their work. Requirements: University degree in business, finance, or economics.7+ years of experience in banking with a focus on credit/credit risk. Relevant Enhance Competency Framework (“ECF”) accreditation is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Solid experience in establishing credit risk management rules and frameworks.
