Role Responsibilities Actively manage and develop new banking business activities with top-tier Corporate Banking clients and deepen relationships with existing clients. Originate transactions including club loans, bilateral facilities, trade, and ancillary businesses which enhance overall return on the relationship. Involve in the credit application process and discuss with the credit department, tactfully working across all stakeholders for internal approval in order to execute transactions. Collaborate with both internal and external parties in loan documentation to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with various product teams to capture cross-selling opportunities including FX, Deposits, Transaction Banking, etc. Manage and be accountable for the account opening process including any necessary documentation for new and existing accounts. Complete various reports for management including customer call reports, pipeline forecasting, and monthly cross-selling income and deal tracking. Coach Junior RMs in the Department. Requirements15 years of relationship management experience in a reputable corporate bank covering Large Corporate Banking clients. Product knowledge in loans, cash management, and global markets. Strong academics from a reputable university. Related certification/accreditation such as ECF would be an advantage/preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
