OverviewA global corporate bank is seeking to hire an Analyst to join their Corporate Finance Advisory department to support the origination of M&A financing for key corporate clients in Asia.Role ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for financial modelling and corporate finance analysis, as well as drafting proposal, pitchbooks and preparing presentation materials;Prepare credit memo, financial model, valuation analysis and credit rating applications.Assist the MD in the implementation of certain marketing materials.Research and provide industry and client insights on prospective target client base.Support the tracking of M&A activities and generate deal ideas.Provide ad-hoc support to the business when necessary.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of Corporate Finance/M&D/Acquisition finance experience;Financial Modelling experience including financial analysis and cash flow projection skills for large corporate customersExperience in doing credit analysis and preparing pitchbook materialsBachelor's Degree; Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, FRM are desirableStrong writing, communication, and presentation/excel and powerpoint skills in English;Due to target customer segment, proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.If you believe you have the relevant skill and experience and is interested in this position, kindly get in touch with with your CV and contact details.
