We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Finance to join our Hong Kong office. This role involves overseeing accounting tasks, managing finance functions, ensuring data security, and assisting in financial reporting. What You'll Do Responsible for general accounting duties, which encompass accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliation, and processing expenses claims. Manage daily finance functions, in charge of consolidation, financial statements and reports, e.g. P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Reinforce data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Assist in financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prepare regular treasury related reports and analytics Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support ad-hoc projects as required. Who You Are Minimum of 3 years working experience experience in related field CPA Student or Membership Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance , or a related field is preferred.
