What the Graduate Programme will look like During your first 24-month experience, you will have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a buddy who will share experiences with you, as well as support from a senior business mentor along the way. The programme also offers structured professional development sessions. Reinsurance We specialise in assisting insurance companies in transferring a portion of the risk they carry on their balance sheets. Your rotations will focus on analytics and broking. You’ll learn to use sophisticated analytical modelling and strong stakeholder management to help insurers mitigate risk exposures across their portfolios. Responsibilities Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined market Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics, as assigned Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports Provide routine, day-to-day support to consultants regarding the interpretation of data and findings Participate in client meetings, take notes, develop and draft deliverables based on project scope and statement of work, with the supervision of senior colleagues Develop presentation materials for clients with high quality Skills and experience that will lead to success We’re looking for collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders and future leaders.
