Account Executive Responsibilities: Responsible for working within the Sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and other commercial objectives by marketing, sales, and account management teams. Partnering with other sales team members to deliver the strategic and tactical plan for revenue growth. Ongoing track and evaluate all data points and always test new initiatives to learn what moves the needle. Be hands-on, work on, and win your own key opportunities and personally assist individual team members to win theirs. Work with what you have, or find work-arounds, to get the job done independently of tools, systems, processes, or other resources being available or not. Basic Requirements:5-8 years experience with proven revenue sales/growth within a large scale B2 B Fintech/Saa S environment, preferably with Crypto/Blockchain sales experience. Strong track record of sales for Fintech, Saa S, or other complex systems ($250 K-1 MM+). Manage and maintain a reliable pipeline and lead funnel process. Participate in strategy of new product ideas and estimating reliable revenue impact. Energized and engaged about opportunities to sell. Proven ability to execute on a revenue growth strategy. Fintech/Saa S technology sales background. Strong understanding of Tech, ability to interact with C-Suite of prospects (i.e. CEO & CTO) when necessary. Exceptional Communication and conceptual thinking skills. Passionate about the Crypto and Blockchain space.
