Role Overview: We are excited to support on a newly created position for a Procurement & Vendor Manager. This role is pivotal in their mission to enhance their procurement processes and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore and will work closely with external vendors and internal engineering and investment teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with external vendors to procure investment data and market intelligence. Collaborate with internal engineers to ensure seamless integration of procured data and intelligence into our systems. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement activities. Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to inform procurement strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with vendors and internal teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of investment data and market intelligence is highly desirable.
