Job Duties Matrix reporting to Regional CEO and Global Head of Marcom Key Driver to plan and execute customized bespoke client events inclusive of investment seminars, art exhibitions, lifestyle & philanthropic events Strategic lead to advise senior management in Asia to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory and corporate marcom standard Formulate presentations for internal management’s review; forecasted and managed event budgets with high precision; negotiated contracts with vendors & suppliers Timely coordination, production and enhancement of bilingual marketing collaterals to support marketing and product teams on business initiatives Requirements Degree holder with 12 years Clients Event Management experience including 3 years+ in-house experience ideally in wealth management Strategic and Hands on from planning to execution of marcom programs across the region Self-motivated, multi-tasking with strong sense of responsibility Good understanding of wealth management/private banking experience Strong proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
