Manage and provide compliance advice on trading, investment, and regulatory issues. Review fund documents and marketing materials for compliance. Conduct regular compliance monitoring reviews. Draft and review internal policies, offering daily advisory support for adherence. Provide compliance advice and support to business units. Stay updated on regulatory changes in relevant jurisdictions and deliver compliance training to business units. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, law, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of compliance experience in the fund management sector with a Type 9 activity license. Experience in mutual fund establishment; familiarity with ETF/VA funds is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
