Private Equity, PE, Asset Management, Distribution Channels Sales Your new company Our client is a top tier Asian Asset Management firm with AUM of more than $500 billion globally is currently seeking for a highly motivated and Business Development Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, while expanding their distribution channels to drive business growth.

Your new role Develop and maintain potential PE/fund distribution channels including private banks and family offices, as well as with other institutional/professional investors Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing tailored solutions.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide sales support; deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

What you'll need to succeed Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales from PE/Asset Management industries.

Finance related exposure is preferred but not necessary.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
