Principle Responsibilities Help grow and develop the AWM’s Asia ex Japan Private Banking client franchise, focusing on broadening and deepening relationships in Hong Kong. Engage with product gatekeepers, Investment Counselors (IC), and Relationship Managers (RMs) of existing and prospective clients in Asia. Basic Qualifications Minimum 4 years of sales or client servicing experience, with a proven track record in servicing private banking clients in Asia. Good product knowledge with a strong technical background; knowledge of alternative products is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and maturity in managing client relationships. Genuine commitment to generating and closing sales opportunities. High energy, resilience, outgoing personality, resourcefulness, and intellectual curiosity. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Self-motivated, driven, with a strong work ethic. Collaborative team player. Managerial experience is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications CFA designation preferred but not mandatory.
