Assistant Customer Experience and Analytics Manager Commercial Banking - Business Banking Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services.

As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Customer Experience and Analytics Manager.

Principal responsibilities • Manage the development and enhancement of customer centric solutions in Business Banking • Responsible for the execution of Customer Management Transformation (CMT) / Net Promoter Score (NPS) projects through implementing customer analytics initiatives • Support the formation of the CMT strategy and establish the related governance framework • Define and track CMT KPIs • Keep up-to-date on knowledge of HASE's strategy, capabilities and policies and keep abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g.

economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements • Support ad-hoc data analytics, sales MI, sales leads generation, regular reporting, dashboard development and Data Mart development • Work closely with Line Manager to implement various business analytics initiatives to support business development and strengthen controls • Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis or a related discipline At least 1 years' data analysis, database management, or risk analytics Understanding knowledge in commercial banking an advantage Hands-on experience of SAS, SQL, R, Python, MS Access or Excel VBA preferred Strong commitment in taking new challenges, self-motivation and creativity Embrace changes with strong problem solving skill and customer centricity mindset to drive enhanced customer experience Good data-analytics skillset to support data-driven strategy Good communication, analytical and project management skills Visit Hang Seng Career Page and sign up with our Talent Community to receive the latest information about our career opportunities in Hang Seng Hong Kong
