**Job Description**:
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide professional and quality services to donors, monitor Donor Services operations and manage fundraising projects & coin box fulfillment. Assist Senior Donor Services Manager in developing Donor Database, and implementing the work policy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process monthly donations and ensure follow up communications with donors are made in alignment with the MDP Protocols.
Manage donor database including data entry and issuance of donation receipts.
Handle incoming enquiries through various channels.
Monitor Donor Services operations.
Manage coin box logistics arrangement & fundraising projects.
Assist Senior Donor Services Manager in developing operations / projects workflow and Donor Database for continuous improvement.
Support mailing process, and data privacy policy execution
Train new / temporary staff to perform daily tasks and coach them for performance enhancement.
Provide support to ad hoc projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 3 - 5 years of working experience in customer service
1 - 2 years? supervisory experience preferred
Experience in non-profit organization is a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Self-initiated, detail-minded and well organized
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and analytical skills
Responsible, mature, flexible and willing to learn new technologies
Proficiency in MS Office
Proactive team player and passionate to work in NGO
Good command of written andspoken Chinese and English. Mandarin capability an advantage.
