Data Analytics & Visualization Design and build interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI/Tableau Use data visualization to enhance traditional financial reporting to present findings to stakeholders Combine financial data with operational and customer data to provide a holistic view of the business performance Establish data quality standards, implementing monitoring processes, and maintaining analytics infrastructure to ensure accurate, consistent, and accessible financial data across the organisation Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financial projections Update forecasts based on changing business conditions and trends Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyse performance and conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the finance team, operations team, and other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals Provide training and support to non-financial staff on financial processes and tools Strategic Support Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend solutions to streamline workflows
