Report to the Head of Finance of the Company and GM of the subsidiary Analyze various financial indicators to evaluate the company’s financial performance; ensure effective business operation and provide professional advice to the management team Responsible for the finance and accounting functions of a subsidiary company, including managing, preparing, reviewing and standardizing the financial statements and consolidated financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial rules, regulations, policies and accounting standards Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Prepare Chinese Reports Assist in external audit Requirements: Qualified Accountant with professional qualifications of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent Bachelor Degree major in Accounting / Finance or related discipline5 years related solid experience in accounting & financial management Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly in Excel and Power Point Experience in Yonyou Accounting System preferred Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements preferred Good knowledge in PRC and Hong Kong Taxation, Accounting Rules and Regulations Work experience in Chinese-funded Enterprises is a MUSTJob Features Job Category: Accounting & Finance
