Key Responsibilities Responsibility over ATM Card and Credit Card processing, Credit Card Settlement for both issuing and acquiring services, Unsecured Consumer Loan disbursement and payment, Insurance processing and Hire Purchase Leasing collateral management; Define and deliver the best functional alignment, process priorities, key knowledge on banking controls, market and product knowledge, keep abreast with industry developments and alignment to business strategies and priorities; Establish and ensure adherence to departmental guidelines as well as compliance of the Bank’s policy; Perform regular tracking on deliverable quality and produce monthly reports for senior management review; Checking and authorizing various business as usual tasks within designated authority; Report all process deviations to Team Head with recommendations on tactical and strategic solutions to the process gaps, incidents and enhancements with a strong emphasis on controls, efficiency, capacity planning, best practice, process alignment and regulatory targets; Give advice in operations perspective for new products and services development; Plan and design workflow to support program and product launch; Plan resources to achieve assigned tasks; Administrate, automate and enhance efficiency of all functions; Manage and coordinate different projects as assigned; Conduct performance appraisal and promotion recommendations, and handle other staffing issues; Provide coaching and training to subordinates.

Requirements Post-secondary education or above; Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial level; Broad and sound knowledge in card, loan and insurance products as well as relevant daily operations; Good knowledge in accounting principles; Thorough knowledge of banking policy and operational procedures; Proficient in MS Office; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
