Assistant General Manager, IT Integration Services - Bank Industry (1.1 M – 1.5 M p.a.) (Ref. No.: 25480)Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Oversight the progress, resource, and technology change for all IT Projects related to IT infrastructure and Security. Keep alive with the market and drive the standard and road map for the bank Infrastructure technology. Ensure end-to-end solution design and project implementation down to operation for ongoing support. Define and maintain standards and practices for system interfaces and deployments to ease support and change management of complicated systems. Analyze and recommend different infrastructure components to compose the best-fit solution to enable business applications. Review and integrate the legacy system functions into new technologies for efficient system management. Drive the utilization of existing infrastructure to optimize resources as well as elevate the standard to match market practices. Develop and standardize the CIR (Consolidated Infrastructure Request) process and Asset Life Cycle Management process. Coordinate and promote the rollout of head office’s infrastructure standard to overseas branches. Build a procurement standard, package, and price-book for budgetary and recharging. Manage all procurement for Infrastructure and Security solutions, BAU contracts, and HW/SW maintenance. Ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management related to Project and integration services. Job Requirements Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline. At least 12 years' experience in Infrastructure and Security solution implementation and project management. At least 6 years’ experience in people management. Holder of MCSE / MCITP, VCP, CCNA, CCNP, and/or RHCE. ITIL / PMP certification is preferred. Certified in CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other recognized certificates is preferred. Solid experience in managing IT projects and solution design for retail banking. Thorough knowledge of risk management practices in IT Infrastructure, IT Application, and Service Management. Competent in issue reporting/presentation and stakeholder management. Familiar with regulatory requirements such as HKMA (TM-E-1, TM-G-1, TM-G-2, SA-2), MAS, CBRC, FFIEC, etc. Knowledgeable of overseas banking regulatory requirements, particularly in Singapore, China, Macau, and the US is an advantage. Familiar with industry technology standards or requirements such as PCI-DSS and NIST, CSX, etc. Good understanding of industry best practices e.g., NIST, ISO27001, COBIT, etc. Experience in handling IT procurement and asset life cycle management.
