Job Duties Provide one-stop HR support to designated Business Units as an individual contributor Provide all rounded HR advisory/support to line managers on end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and staff performance management to cope with the business growth Work closely with the line managers in the year-end bonus and salary review exercise Build and maintain strong partnerships with line managers, internal HR teams, and external vendors Ensure the hiring process complies with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements Prepare periodic HR reports for management’s review Support in HR recruitment strategy planning and procedures reviews Job Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector Well-versed in HK and PRC Employment Ordinance Sound knowledge in staff onboarding operations Proactive, independent with excellent communication and presentation skills Good coordination and problem-solving skills Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
