This role involves assisting in the development of individual life insurance products to help achieve the company's goals.

Responsibilities include providing business analysis support, implementing individual life insurance products (including Day 1 and Day 2), and delivering solutions to enhance business efficiency.

The focus is on creating business user stories, testing and verifying solutions on internal systems, and digital customer platforms.

Job Responsibilities: Lead and monitor product/project implementation Work closely with other departments on project implementations, front-end and back-end systems enhancement to drive recommended solution to meet delivery deadlines.

Perform and Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), raise change requests / system enhancement and report testing problems / defects to IT development team and perform post-implementation checking.

Ensure development of the backlog items prioritized for the sprints, all change requests from end users / IT are managed and approved in accordance with project methodology.

Analyze and identify improvement opportunities to streamline end-to-end New Business workflow, from submission to contract delivery and customer experience.

Prepare end-user training material.

Review & prepare project documents (including but not limited to user stories, design specification, test plan, test case, test results, training material), monitor project matters daily and report status (including but not limited to project issues and progress) on agreed interval with proper documentation to ensure all assigned tasks / projects are delivered with quality and on time.

Lead and monitor Business Analysis team, to facilitate and coordinate with different key stakeholders on project/system enhancement delivery which best fit the needs of end-users and within budget and agreed project timeline.

Resolve problems escalated from the team/end-user and proactively manage all the potential risks on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required.

Perform other duties / tasks as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance industry.

Solid knowledge of Life Product or Life Policy Operations.

Proven ability to lead delivery of medium projects.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile Toolsets (such as JIRA).

Fast learner with excellent analytical, ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and problem-solving abilities.

Logical, numerical sensitive, proactive, and attentive to details.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of customer needs and ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language.

Familiar with Microsoft products.

Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese is must).
